Cape Argus Pick N Pay
The Cape Argus Pick ‘n Pay is the largest cycle tour event in the world. The 35.000 cyclists leave from Cape Town to conquer the Cape of Good Hope, a mythical road. This event is definitely a unique experience : emotion and thrill guaranteed!
Start of the Cape Argus Pick N Pay Tour from the city centre of Cape Town.
Cross the Constantia Valley, discover the famous South African vineyards, and dive into the Indian Ocean.
After 29 kilometres you will speed through Kalk Bay Harbour, where you will ride along its long sandy beaches.
After 47 kilometres, the Atlantic Ocean can be seen, before riding through Cape Point reserve, then Scarborough, a well-known whale watching site.
Kilometre-76: you will ride on Camps Bay shore with its high-prized beaches taking the most scenic road of Chapman Peak.
Kilometre-109: Finish line in Green Point, a Cape Town's district.

Meet you MondoSport coach at Roissy-CDG airport and fly to South Africa via Frankfort in the evening.
The Cape
Arrival in Cape Town in the late morning. We will drive you to your hotel where lunch will be served in its trendy restaurant. In the afternoon, we will drive to "Good Hope centre" in order to collect our numbers and get our rental bikes. You will have diner wherever you want. We will recommend a restaurant that will answer your needs.*
A track between two oceans
First South African ride (60kms) through breathtaking landscapes. Back at the hotel MondoSports physicaltherapists take care of you to get you ready for the Big day. Visit of cape Twon for the ones that travel with you and wish to visit : Clifton Historical Disctricts, Sea Point and Signal Hill where you will appreciate the panoramic view on Cape Town. Lunch at the hotel.
Want to do something special in the afternoon? We have a selection : The beautiful beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay,or Hout Bay and its seals and penguins, or Chapman's Peak drive, or Back at the hotel.
Dinner will be of your choice. We will recommend a restaurant that suits your needs.
Cape Argus Pick N Pay and Good Hope Cape
Departure for the World's largest cycle tour with over 35.000 participants from all over the globe tackling the 109 kms route of the Cape Argus Pick N Pay, a marvellous tour between two oceans. Sports and well-being are the key, that is why you will be provided with a recovery massage back at the hotel.
We will celebrate together your achievements and share our feelings during dinner at a local restaurant in Cape Town.
Taking it easy
Bike ride (60/80 kms) to recover from you cycle tour in the gorgeous South African wines valley a few miles away from Cape Town. We will return our bikes afterwards.
Our physical therapists will wait for you at the hotel for a lymphatic drainage.
The ones who travel with you can pick their own activities : we offer you a relaxing morning at the SPA or an excursion in Robben Islands or a shopping trip on the Waterfront.
After lunch at the hotel, we suggest you discover: Good Hope Cape and its reserve, or Cultural tour of Cape Town.
According to your needs and our suggestions you will be free to pick your own restaurant for dinner.

Experience an unforgettable day in the private reserve of Aquila. SUV safari across the savannah to appreciate the beauty of the South African wildlife. You will have lunch at the swimming-pool lodge.
Unless of course if you wish to live a dream: dive off the Dyer and Geyser islands to meet the Great White, a seals and penguins sanctuary, sharks favorite food.You will have lunch aboard.
Pick your own restaurant for dinner. We will suggest you places according to your wishes.
South Africa wines route
In 1688, when the Huguenots settled, they brought viticulture to a higer level in Stellenbosch, at the doors of Cape Town. A part of France at the African end, you visit wine cellars and taste some of South Africa's greatest wines. Lunch at a wine-growing establishment.
In the afternoon, we will drive you to Cape Town's airport to catch your flight to Paris via Frankfort.

After every sporting activity, you will be taken care of at your hotel by a professional masseur or physical therapist.
