Prior to your departure, we recommend going to a sports medicine centre for a stress test. A true test of your exercise level, this check-up will determine your limits and will be taken into consideration between you and your coach. 

You've set goals for yourself either for pure pleasure, for performance or to finish - we will stick by you to reach your goals together.
Three months prior to your departure, your Mondosport coach will define your exercise profile with you and propose a personalized training program with follow-up based on your sports medical check-up or interview.
The coach will accompany you during your trip, lead your excursions, and ensure your recovery as well as a trouble free race for you.
 

We will take good care of you. Inspired by the same care that's provided for elite athletes, your MondoSport travel trip includes recovery and relaxation massages.
After every sporting activity, you will be taken care of at your hotel by a professional masseur or physical therapist.
