A Marathon is always a one of a kind experience. Take part in one of the most prestigious marathons in the world!!

* Amsterdam Marathon

The course is fast and flat. The current record is 2:05:44 (for men) and 2:22:19 for women.
Only a few runners won the marathon more than once. They were Gerard Nijboer (Holland, 4x), Cor Vriend (Holland, 2x), Sammy Korir (Kenya, 2x), Ferenc Szekeres (Hungary, 2x) for the men and Plonie Scheringa (Holland, 2x) and Marja Wokke (Holland, 2x) for the women.

Refreshment stands are installed every 5 kms (water, orange slices) along the route as well as at the finish line.
Sponges will be available every 5 kms starting at the 7th km.
The timing will be shown regularly along the course- and by a clock at the finish line.

Three months prior to your departure, your MondoSport coach will define your exercise profile with you and propose a personalized training program with follow-up based on your sports medical check-up or interview.
The coach will accompany you during your trip, lead your excursions, and ensure your recovery as well as a trouble free race for you.
