Over 5,000 marathon participants from the 4 corners of the world will meet at the start line of this exceptional sports event.
On a course considered as one of the fastest international marathons, it will take you across the mythical palm grove and along alleys of palm trees, orange trees and olive trees.

The course is fast and flat, in spite of a few slight inclines in the palm grove, allowing you to test your performance and try to beat the world record of 02h04'26''.
The heavenly city of Marrakesh provides an exceptional setting, an often forgiving climate in the middle of January and a beautiful course considered to be among the fastest international marathons, which leads down alleys of palm trees, orange trees and olive trees, but also along the ramparts of the city.

Refreshment stands are installed every 5 kms (water, orange slices) along the route as well as at the finish line.
Sponges will be available every 5 kms starting at the 7th km.
The timing will be shown regularly along the course- and by a clock at the finish line.

Prior to your departure, we recommend going to a sports medicine centre for a stress test. A true test of your exercise level, this check-up will determine your limits and will be taken into consideration between you and your coach.

Three months prior to your departure, your MondoSport coach will define your exercise profile with you and propose a personalized training program with follow-up based on your sports medical check-up or interview.
The coach will accompany you during your trip, lead your excursions, and ensure your recovery as well as a trouble free race for you.

We will take good care of you. Inspired by the same care that's provided for elite athletes, your MondoSport travel trip includes recovery and relaxation massages.
After every sporting activity, you will be taken care of at your hotel by a professional masseur or physical therapist.
