Sports Program

The race of your dreams in the heart of Italy’s capital !

The ROME marathon has now become a must among race dates in the spring.
Its course will be a chance to discover the mythical sites of the city such as Corso Popolo, the Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi Fountain, the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon....

Start: 9:15 a.m.
Start / Finish line: Fori Imperiali / in front of the Coliseum
Weather conditions: approximately 15°C (59°F)

Your Trip

Vols Aller-retour

Meet with your MondoSport coach at the end of the day before takeoff to the eternal city. Upon arrival, we will accompany you to your hotel. Dinner will be served in a restaurant near the hotel which we've preselected.

Transferts vers Rome

Accompanied by your coach, take an easy morning jog through Rome. Upon your return, we will take care of you and offer you a massage to help you recover. Lunch will be in a restaurant near the hotel which we've preselected. A hostess will be available to provide your race number. In the afternoon, pick up your scooter for a madcap adventure, lasting approximately 3 hours, to discover Rome and its monuments. Dinner is on your own; see our list of selected restaurants.

**Hôtel 3* Torre Rossa Park Hotel Rome (5km du Colisée)**

Your coach et hostess will accompany you to the marathon start line. Travel companions may meet up with the runners at the finish line. Upon your return to the hotel, a masseur or physical therapist will offer you a recovery massage. Lunch and the rest of the day are on your own.
We'll celebrate your exploit together during dinner at a restaurant which we've preselected.

**Hôtel 4* Borromini Centre Rome - villa Borghese**

You would like to organize your morning yourself? We can suggest various activities. Lunch is on your own. Meet back at the hotel with your MondoSport coach for the return back to Paris in the early afternoon.

Check-up Médico-Sportif

Prior to your departure, we recommend going to a sports medicine centre for a stress test. A true test of your exercise level, this check-up will determine your limits and will be taken into consideration between you and your coach.

Coaching

You've set goals for yourself either for pure pleasure, for performance or to finish - we will stick by you to reach your goals together.
Three months prior to your departure, your MondoSport coach will define your exercise profile with you and propose a personalized training program with follow-up based on your sports medical check-up or interview.
The coach will accompany you during your trip, lead your excursions, and ensure your recovery as well as a trouble free race for you.

Soins

We will take good care of you. Inspired by the same care that's provided for elite athletes, your MondoSport travel trip includes recovery and relaxation massages.
After every sporting activity, you will be taken care of at your hotel by a professional masseur or physical therapist.
